Carob Tahini Log

 

 

2 tsp Tahini

½ cup rice syrup (or honey substitute)

1 cup soy milk powder

1/3 cup carob powder

Desiccated coconut

 

 

1.      Mix all ingredients, except the coconut. Knead until mixed thoroughly.

2.      Roll into logs, and then roll in coconut and chill.

3.      Slice when chilled and ready to eat.
