½ cup rice syrup
(or honey substitute)
1 cup soy milk
1/3 cup carob
Mix all ingredients, except the
coconut. Knead until mixed thoroughly.
Roll into logs, and then roll in
coconut and chill.
Slice when chilled and ready to
